Valve
Features: 1. One piece slab gate with through-conduit diversion hole 2. Spring loaded seat/floating slab gate combination provides low and high pressure seal 3. Seat faces are outside the flow stream in the fully open and closed position considerably extending seal life 4. Fire-safe Design - Secondary Fire-safe Metal to Metal Seating 5. Full through conduit port for passage of pigs, wipers and scrapers. 6. Bi-Directional Flow, capable of achieving sealing in either direction, allowing installation without preference to either side. 7. Independent spring-loaded seat rings effect DOUBLE (upstream & downstream) seals(BLOCK) while a combination of vent and drain allow for BLEED operations. 8. Emergency Seat Sealant system and Secondary Stem Seal/packing injector 9.Top entry for inline maintenance. 10. Pipeline service for transportation of fluids and gas. 11. The valve seats have a Nylon or PTFE circular insert on their sealing faces. 12. For underground installation, valves may be supplied with grease injectors to remedy quickly and eventual damage that could occur in service to the sealing components. 13. Valves are also available with Metal to Metal sealing. 14. Operator type: Handwheel, Gear, Electric, Pneumatic. |
